Be and D has only been in business for 7 years and it's very popular among the it crowd. However to see and feel the Pre-Fall and Fall 2010 pieces I completely understand why many ladies have these bags on their arms . For Fall Steve Dumain the founder and designer for the label was inspired by the idea of the apocalypse, the end of the world and people coming to together during the aftermath. That translated to textured leather, fur (can be real or faux), Abbey plaid, braided details and my favorite, embellishments of studs.
