Overall: Raoul collection was inspired by the opulence of the legendary Yves Saint Laurent Russian Collection and the theatrics of the Ballet Russe's costumes and design. ...
With those major influences, the collection was infused with rich fabrics and textures of brocade, silk and velvet. There were many clean and modern pieces of tailored trousers to the long evening dresses. My favorite element of the collection was the all of the brocade pieces from the vests to the skirts.
