Father's Day is right around the corner and if you're lucky to have a father in your life, let's have a toast! Before you do let's get some cocktails together for this special day for that special man. I have 3 Father's Day Cocktail I think is best suited for that Dad. I actually going dedicate the Jamaican Morning Fix to my father because this reflects his personality perfectly.

Tall, Dark and Handsome

Ingredients:
1 ounce Johnnie Walker Double Black
1/2 ounce Blanc Vermouth
1 1/3 ounces Ginger Beer
2/3 ounce Fresh Pineapple Juice
1/3 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
1/3 ounce Rich Honey Syrup (2 parts Honey: 1 part Water)
3 dashes Aromatic Bitters

Preparations
1. Combine Johnnie Walker Double Black, blanc vermouth, fresh pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice and rich honey syrup in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. 
2. Strain contents over fresh ice in a Collins glass. 


3. Top with ginger beer and stir well. Finish with a healthy float of aromatic bitters.

Ideal Serving Glass:
Collins Glass

Yield:

1 drink, no drink contains more than 0.6 fluid ounces of alcohol

2 part(s) Pinnacle® Vodka
1 part(s) Olive Juice
2 Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives

Directions:
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with olives.

Jamaican Morning Fix

Ingredients:
2 oz. Appleton Estate Reserve
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
3/4 oz. pomegranate grenadine **
Bar spoon maraschino
1/2 of an orange wheel

Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Strain into a rocks glass and top with crushed ice until it’s over flowing. Garnish with mint.

**To create the pomegranate grenadine:
Combine equal parts pomegranate juice and sugar. Let simmer over low heat while stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved.
