Surfs Up! Neoprene the same fabric used for scuba gear, was a fabric of choice for many of the collections during NY Fashion Week. Some collections went the sporty route such as Laquan Smith. However, many designers decided to up the chic-ness and turn this scuba material into dresses and blouses.
