| A Taste of Spring at Haru Gramercy Park |
Recently I had a tasting at Haru in Gramercy Park for their Spring menu. Haru is a Japanese restaurant that serves fresh cuisine and the most delicious cocktails. Now that Memorial Day and Father's Day is upon us, you can either head over to Haru to for a sit down dinner or try their cocktails at home.
Below, I have cocktails recipes below and see my favorite dishes from Haru...
Strawberry Basil Margarita (above):
- 3 Fresh strawberry halves
- 1 1/2 oz Casa Noble Tequila
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 3/4 oz Lime juice
- 1/2 oz Agave Nectar
- 2 Basil leaves
Muddle strawberries in a mixing glass. Add remaining ingredients, ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.

| The Black Sapphire |
The Black Sapphire:
- 5 fresh blackberries
- 1 lemon wedge
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
- 1/2 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liquer
- 1/4 oz Ponthier Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Yuzu Juice
Muddle blackberries and lemon wedge with simple syrup in a mixing class. Add remaining ingredients, ice and shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.

The Sashime Ceviche consisted of Citrus-marinated king crab, shrimp, octopus and striped bass.

| Saltwater Clams |
Saltwater Clams was a perfect appetizer that was in a smooth garlic broth. Also what's great about these clams are that they imported from Venezuela.

| Grilled Lamb Tenderloins |
The lamb was sliced thin and placed on a vinaigrette salad. The grilled lamb was delicious and very tender which is an important factor for cooking lamb correct.
