Inspection Report: Sheena Trivedi Spring/Summer 2015 Runway Show

Where: Designers's Loft, NYC
Overall: I've been attending Sheena Trivedi presentations for a few seasons now and I truly admire her energy and the growth she executing as a designer. This season staying true to her Indian heritage she incorporated sharp imagery with daring textures and colors. My favorite pieces were the lightning strikes details and blending of fabrics such as leather and ostrich feathers. Even though this collection was good, the show was very late and as one showgo-er said while making a mad dash to the exit, "I don't like to feel like I'm getting hijacked at show." Hopefully next season the people will be cheerfully leaving the show.
